About IT Support

Hours of Availability:

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by Phone and Email excluding school closures and scheduled school holidays. If you experience a computer system, software, network or phone problem please call us at 914-674-7526 or email us at helpdesk@mercy.edu. Be sure to provide contact information where you can be reached. Many times your issue can be resolved over the phone or by immediate use of remote control tools.
